单远老师，1985年于上海第二军医大学毕业，于解放军总医院任住院医师，曾师从于李维华教授，后留美于韦恩州立大学取得神经科学博士学位，先后取得病理医师执照并获得神经病理、胃肠病理、细胞病理训练和认证，现就职于美国佛罗里达州坦帕总医院。
